Fluent Development is a software and web consultancy and development house based in Warrnambool in south-west Victoria, Australia. Fluent was established to facilitate our vision to produce high quality software, web and integration solutions.

We provide full stack development and integration services, covering systems architecture, design, development and support. We build mobile and web apps, APIs, integration solutions and integrated web platforms.

Bradly has over 8 years IT experience as a developer, designer and technician, with significant experience in application and web development, web technology, search engine optimisation, cloud and enterprise integration, hardware interfacing, to reporting and analytics, systems and networks, servers, mobile devices, and project management in the finance and healthcare sectors.

Bradly's passion is finding innovative, elegant solutions which solve challenging problems. He enjoys nutting out new and improved methods for solving problems, and takes pride in providing robust and professional solutions. His strong drive for excellence brings a high-quality, professional approach to our work.

Timshel Knoll-Miller

Timshel Knoll-Miller

Co-founder Software and Database Architect, Enterprise Integration Specialist

With 20 years experience in the IT industry, and a Computer Science degree from RMIT University, Timshel has a passion for working with clients and peers to develop a software idea from concept to delivery.

His previous roles as a developer, technical specialist, trainer and mentor in the healthcare, NGO and education sectors have given him strong skills across all aspects of the software development lifecycle - from the architecture, analysis, and design phases, through to implementation, performance optimisation, testing and deployment - of software, web, database and enterprise integration solutions.

In his spare time, Timshel loves getting out into the rolling countryside on his road bike.
